Our Hereditary Guarantee
Puppies are guaranteed against hip dysplasia up to five years of age. If the puppy develops such a severe case of dysplasia that he/she cannot function as a pet and must be euthanized, the breeder will replace him/her for 50% of the purchase price with a puppy of equal or greater value as soon as a suitable replacement becomes available. The buyer must return the original registration papers along with the puppy to be replaced. The buyer is responsible for all veterinary bills and shipping costs.
The breeder/seller makes no other warranty, written or implied and is not liable for any other costs.
The buyer agrees to abide by the above guarantee as written.
